Made in the Pinot Gris style with succulence and weight. The varietal apple and pear characters extend to citrus at the front palate and honey to the mid-palate. A delicious wine and a perfect match for seafood, cheese and chicken.

Our Pinot Noir 2008 is a full-bodied wine with a lovely balance between the fruit, soft tannins and a firm acid backbone. The fruit flavours are integrating nicely with the oak, showing a complex of wild berries and damson plums. This wine was released in March 2010 and is ready to drink now, but cellaring for a further 3-5 years will produce some superb secondary characters.
