Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir 2007 is a full-bodied wine with a lovely balance between the fruit, soft tannins and a firm acid backbone. The fruit flavours are integrating nicely with the oak, showing a complex of wild berries and damson plums. This wine has only just been released and will continue to develop in bottle with careful cellaring, but may be enjoyed now. Aeration in a large glass or by prior decanting from the bottle will show the flavours to best effect.
Our Pinot Noir 2006 is a multi-medal award winning wine. It combines heady aromas, typical Pinot Noir varietal expression and the characteristics of our particular terroir, and shows an elegant fruit, tannin and acid balance. It is ready to drink now but will continue to reward careful cellaring for a few years.

A full-bodied fruit-driven wine in a savoury and spicy style which reflects the terroir of our very cool coastal site.
Select French oak barrel maturation supports and complements the fruit flavours.
A lovely food wine - with the character to match and complement a wide range of flavours - from smoked salmon to rich red meats such as lamb and duck.
