2011 was a good year for Chardonnay at Cape Bernier and some of the very best grapes went into the 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc. Combine this with a site that is somewhat cooler than most sites in Tasmania though also frost free due to the natural features of the local terrain and moderating effects the sea make for ideal sparkling wine growing conditions all wrapped up in this delicious Blanc de Blanc.
