2011 was a good year for Chardonnay at Cape Bernier and some of the very best grapes went into the 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs.
The vineyard is somewhat cooler than most sites in Tasmania and is also frost free due to the natural features of the local terrain and moderating effects the sea. This make for ideal conditions for growing sparkling wine. Our Blanc de blancs is smooth and creamy with fine bubbles and crisp acidity. It is truly a wine of elegance and finesse.
