The vineyard is somewhat cooler than most sites in Tasmania and is also frost free due to the natural features of the local terrain and moderating effects the sea. This make for ideal conditions for growing sparkling wine. Our Cuvée Brut is smooth and creamy with fine bubbles and crisp acidity. It is truly a wine of elegance and finesse. Toast to the stars!
