Cape Bernier is a family run vineyard located on the slopes of an ancient volcanic range, overlooking stunning Marion Bay on Tasmania’s east coast. The maritime climate and rich vineyard soils provide ideal growing conditions for cool climate varietals. Made to showcase the terroir, the 2017 Chardonnay displays characteristic honeysuckle flavours complemented by baked bread aromas from ageing in French oak & balanced by soft acids arising from the 2017 extended growing season. Drink now or cellar until 2023.
